Parents
Our kids’ digital well-being needs action, not delay.
Through small group, interactive workshops, Reichi gives parents strategies to start tough conversations and guide kids toward safe, healthy and productive digital habits—without constant conflict.

Has the prevalence of screens changed your family dynamics and relationships? Does setting screen limits at home feel like a constant struggle? Ever feel like you’re navigating screen battles largely alone?

Work in pairs to encourage peer sharing and learning.
Whole group discussion to reflect and build collective insight.
Digital storytelling facilitation leading to the creation of 2-3 minute personal video narrative that can be used for personal purposes or advocacy.
Sample between-session activities
Trying strategies at home
Reflective journaling
Brief readings
Scriptwriting, image gathering, and audio recording to support video development
Sample storytelling prompts
Tell a story about a moment when you realized screen time was affecting your family in a way you hadn’t expected.
