Fitness

Our well-being is all interconnected.

Movement, mindfulness, and digital balance all play a role in how we think, feel, and connect – online and off.

In a world where so much of our energy and attention are spent on screens, exercise offers a rare chance to be fully present and screen-free. Movement becomes a way to reset, grow stronger, and reconnect. The same awareness we bring to moving our bodies—tuning in, adjusting, finding balance—can help us navigate our digital lives with greater clarity and intention.

Known for her energy and enthusiasm, Reichi brings over 20 years of experience in fitness coaching and personal training, including strength training, high-intensity interval training, cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, indoor cycling, and yoga. Her own fitness journey began in middle school, when she discovered that moving her body helped her manage stress and feel more confident.

She’s taught outdoor bootcamp classes for busy parents, private sessions for students and professionals, and classes at gyms and studios across the country—including 24 Hour Fitness, Momleta (formerly Baby Boot Camp), the Claremont Resort & Club, The Green Yogi, and Live Oak Yoga. She also helps coach middle school cross country and track and field.

Her sessions invite participants to explore the full spectrum of the human experience with curiosity and compassion, reconnect with what matters most, and rediscover what’s possible.

Reichi offers private in-person and virtual group classes and 1:1 training sessions for youth and adults.
